Leadership for Inspirational Farm Enterprises (LIFE) is a two-year mentorship programme for student managers enrolled at the Institute of Covenant Studies (ICS).
ICS delivers the LIFE programme in partnership with like-minded enterprises whose business centres (locations) double as LIFE Centres.
Student Managers in the LIFE programme are tasked with the responsibility of translating commercial opportunities into profitable ventures.
They are required to identify problems (strategic and operational) within a LIFE Centre and instituting sustainable and systemic businesses processes for solving them.
